Save the Children Uganda invites suitably qualified and experienced consultants to submit proposals for the Provision of Consultancy Services for the Outcome Harvesting Study under the NORAD Framework Programme, “Transforming the Future for and with Children.” The consultancy will document and analyse significant changes resulting from interventions on child participation, social accountability, governance, climate action and disaster risk reduction, generating evidence on how children and young people are influencing decision-making, policies, planning and service delivery at community, district and national levels. The assignment will also strengthen Save the Children Uganda’s capacity to use Outcome Harvesting for learning, adaptive management, accountability and evidence generation.
